In early April, the Obama Administration struck a deal that would continue funding the federal government through the remainder of the fiscal year, avoiding a shutdown and yet another Continuing Resolution. However, small businesses continue to feel the effects of the current economic downturn and are uncertain as to the future of their business with the government.
