I attended a crash course in Silat Melayu Keris Lok 9 and Senaman Tua last May 2007 in Kuala Lumpur. 6 exhausting days at an average of 3 sessions of training per day, no time for photos. But i snapped these during resting in the Gelangang in Sungai Buloh. And oh, ... it was still around midnight ... !
