This photo album shows the outstanding restoration work of Jose Fausto Moreira, PT2RA. Fausto lives in Brasilia, Brazil and collects and restores boatanchor radios. In first semester of 2011 he fully restored a 1942 Canadian RCA AT-3, a 500 Watts output 2-18 Mhz AM/CW Transmitter, now used by him every day on 40 meters AM QSOs. His work could not be achieved without the help of LE MUSÉE QUÉBÉCOIS DE LA RADIO, Quebec-Canada , whose President, Mr. Jacques Hamel VE2DJQ, did his best efforts to search files, find and provide Fausto an excellent copy of the original manual of this nice RCA equipment. The help of this Gentleman was essential for the sucess of this restoring job.
