That's the trims all refurbed, now let's get on with replacing that floor.

The trims were a bit scruffy to say the least.

Getting it's MOT

Clean cab.
Adding a strengthing strip to the back of the wing.
Dented, but no rot!
Rear doors had no corrosion at all, only slight dents.
Here we go again with the paintstripper.
Inside of the doors were very good, only having minor surface rust.
Small bit of corrosion here, but once it's cut out, and a new piece of plate welded in, it'll be as good as new.
That's looking better.
Oooh, my arms are dropping off now.
Solid floor.
Doesn't look good at all, but once sanded off, it's not too bad.
Ergh!
More filler, my arms are aching now.
The new wheel arch getting welded into place, thanks to my mate Paul.
Lets start on the other qurter panel.
Now to get started on the near off side of the van. The aluminium side trim was removed and binned.
That's better.
Straight and clean, clean, clean!
Primed in Grey 2 pack primer.
Primed with 2 pack primer.
1/4 panel full of filler as the old panel was again, full of dents.
Now it has even more filler!
This door was full of filler!
Paint stripping!
This is the worst part of the whole van, not bad for a 39 year old .
