Ready ?? (car park of the Koevlak's entrance on the N200 just after Overveen and South Harlem)
Let's be cautious ;-)
The National Park of South Kennemerland is very popular among dutch runners. That's also because of its location in the highly densely populated area of Randstad not that far from Amsterdam.
The Hiking trail are very well indicated. You just have to pick one and... enjoy. That day we started by the yellow one from Koevlak to Bleek en Berg, then did the full red loop from Bleek en Berg to Parnassia (beach) & return, before going back from Bleek en Berg to Koevlak running on the last leg of the initial yellow trail (total distance 21km).
Once you're on the trail, you just have to follow the color marks. In some area, it's safe to be quite careful as the marks are a bit hard to follow (been the case on the return from Parnassia to Bleek en Berg).
