Buy a sheet of 3/4" marine plywood and start tracing the plywood parts of the framing
Then buy some Mahogany or White Oak and start tracing those frame parts.
Notice that I forgot to cut out the the Sheer notch before I glued the plywood to the frame pieces. Makes it hard to cut without cutting the plywood too.
