While I was making dinner Emma was wondering around the kitchen "reading" her book. It was apparently a very interesting book.

Emma has discovered a new favorite place at her Grandma Brown's house. She loves to sit on the window ledge in the kitchen and read a book while she looks out on the backyard. She hasn't quite figured out how to get up and down so there have been some spills, but she loves that place anyway. And who can blame her - it is a perfect reading ledge.

Emma playing with her random bag. She LOVES bags, she will put things in them or just carry them around. Emma on a walk - we walked almost all the way around the block and then played in the yard. Emma was having a good time until she tipped over and got her hand dirty. She was not happy at all about having dirt on her hand.

E with her Dad's support pager. She loves it because we can lock the keys and she can push things and have it light up, but not call anyone. We got a free balloon at Kroger when went shopping since it is 2 days afer Valentine's Day. E was very excited with her new treasure.

It snowed in Texas - Emma LOVED to look out the window at the snow, she wasn't as excited when she actually went out in it.

E was having a hard time Sunday morning. D was trying to get her changed and dressed for church and she was being fussy. So he decided to let her wander around and we would finish the job later. So she wandered around in her onesie, bloomer and leg warmers. It was quite the look. We did get her dress and shoes on before we headed to church

When E take a nap she gets rather sweaty so when she wakes up D likes to fix her hair for her. Now that it is getting longer he can get some intersting looks out of it.

E discovered that she kind of liked eggs (or at least egg yolks). We are exploring more and more solid food to see what things she will eat. So far we have waffles and eggs on the healthy side and french fries and chips on the unhealthy side.

E loves to destrpy the kitchen. Her favorite thing is the towel drawer and the magnets on the fridge. I found some kid magnets that she plays with now, which means she pulls them off the fridge and throws them on the floor.

E had a fever that night. We think that it was from teething since it was gone by the morning. She had a rough time trying to get to sleep so she would wrestle with the pillows by D. She finally got comfortable on top of the pillow and slept for a big.
