This is Mississippi Highway 607, past the intersection with MS 604 in the Stennis Buffer Zone. The next stop along MS 607 southbound is US 90. This stretch of highway was once the through route for traffic that today uses the Interstate, as Interstate 10 was not completed in Mississippi until the early 1970s.
