Interstate 110 and the southern segment of Mississippi Highway 15 begin here at US 90 in Biloxi. This flyover connects from US 90 East, while the lanes to the left offer a direct connection from US 90 West.
I-110 and MS 15 are faithfully co-signed along their shared existence. The first couple of miles travel over the city on a viaduct.
The first exit encountered along northbound is Exit 2, for D'Iberville.
Interstate 110 travels over one of the few remaining drawbridges along the entire Interstate System.
Exit 2 departs from the right. Even on the pull-through signage, I-110 and MS 15 are signed together.
The next exits encountered along northbound are Exits 4A-B, for Interstate 10.
Here are the last paired reassurance shields along northbound.
Exit 4A departs from the right to I-10 East, to Pascagoula (even though I-10 bypasses it well to the north) and Mobile, Alabama. The Exit 4 complex is a full cloverleaf with a C/D road along I-10 West.
Exit 4B departs to I-10 West, bound for Gulfport and New Orleans. At this point, we reach the END! of Interstate 110. MS 15 will continue onward to MS 26 east of Wiggins. Another MS 15 exists from US 98 near Beaumont to the Tennessee State Line near Walnut. The pullthrough should have MS 67 as “To MS 67”.
