The front of the house. End of the cul-de-sac.
Front garden. I feel like there is so much potential here.
Front flowerbed.
Front porch. I'm excited to have a front porch even if it's small. This is the size of my cold storage.
Tile entry.
Living room.
Crown molding in living room. Creates a shelf between the kitchen and living room. Not sure what's going up there (if anything).
There is a plug though. Hmm.
Dining area- good shot of the travertine tile.
Back door to deck. I love the molding and the french doors!!
Dining/kitchen area. You can see through to the Laundry room (where the entrance to the garage is).
Another cabinet/shelf area- separate from the rest. Probably where I'll be keeping my laptop too. ;)
Cool cupboard that has a small spice area- then you can open the big door for a bigger cupboard.
Pantry.
Another shot of the pantry. If you look to the bottom right hand corner you'll see it's big enough for buckets. YAY!
Laundry- with a granite countertop, a sink, clothing hangar, cupboards....
Upstairs bathroom. Granite even in the bathroom! Plus nice built in 'over the pot' cupboard.
Second kids room upstairs. This one will be Annika and Cori's. We're going to get some pink, green and turquoise flower wallies to put up on the brown. I like the fake molding. Another window seat as well. There are also built in dimmer nightlights in the kids rooms.
Pink room upstairs. See the window seat? Opens for two storage bins. This will be Megan's room.
The windows are so cool.
Shelf in Megan's room.
Master bedroom.
Master closet. Has a door that slides into the wall so that both sides of the closet have full access.
Master Bath. HUGE tub (not jetted). I can't wait to take a bath!
Downstairs bedroom that will be Ashely's.
Office 'niche' downstairs. It's in the hall between ashley's room and the family room. The wiring will be getting a panel before we move in.
The family room is hard to get a picture of. It's 'L' shaped and huge. This is the entry to the family room.
A picture of the 'theater' side
The 'sitting area' side of the family room. The door there goes to the cold storage.
The 'theater' side of the basement.
Wet bar area. We're going to put our second fridge here- it'll be a great place to keep drinks and stuff when we have backyard parties. Plus will be nice for just hanging out downstairs. Also we'll be able to hook the water/ice in the fridge up to it. I want to put in a small counter with a sink so we can be the 'party house' as our kids get bigger. Steve wants to get a pool table. I think that will be fun.
Downstairs family room. Wet bar is plumbed. Walk out french doors to the backyard (with the blinds between the windows).
Second downstairs bedroom. It's bigger then the master.
Closet in downstairs room- I was thinking it was bigger- so I took a picture to remind myself it wasn't.
See? Huge!
View to the left- soccer fields and baseball diamonds are behind us.
View to the right- that is the elementary school. Across the street from that is the Jr. High. Can I tell you how exciting that is to me?
Cool rocks. I'm going to put some sort of flowering ground cover that will fall down the sides.
Square foot gardening boxes. I asked my realtor to ask if I could come plant this week. I'm going to put bark down around the boxes and rock the boarder.
Another garden shot.
A flower bed that I completely missed in the backyard the first 2 times I looked at the house. Mostly because it's so fully filled with weeds.
Garage.
