My Older Brother Marty in Iraq For Another Year...
I asked Marty WHERE and WHAT he'll be up to in the Middle East for the next year. This is what he told me...
"I will be at Victory Base Complex (Baghdad International airport) during the Responsible Drawdown of Forces (RDoF). We will be responsible for providing Role III medical care for our forces, and recovering all of our medical assests - as we pull out the 45,000 American troops still in Iraq by 31 December.
I will be traveling to many U.S. bases, throughout Iraq, to ensure we are recovering most of our equipment which can then be shipped back to the States - or to Afghanistan."
