system setup with both cooling loops pumps mounted on back wall of case. The north and south bridge and memory cooling loop (2nd loop) run through 2 pumps in series. The GPU/CPU loop runs through a single pump which I mounted on a modified bracket which was installed in the vacant card slot between the graphics cards. The bracket and pump are barely visible behind the SLI bridge card

shows how I put the loop inbetween the gfx cards and came into the pump on the back wall. Helped to keep the loop very small.
