Here's the kitchen after almost everything was done except for the final layer of floor covering (and thousands of staples..).
Here's looking into the kitchen and breakfast nook from the dining room, that wall will be completely gone soon.
And you wondered where the kitchen went? Outside of course! The inside of the garage is full of cabinets too. We're taking as much of this as possible to the rebuild center for recycling.
And the new kitchen! Just kidding, we've set-up a makeshift kitchen in the basement until the construction is done. Not pretty, but it works - we have a working sink, stove, toaster oven, and microwave down there.
