Retama Village is a gated 55+ community.
Our Lot 28. RV lots are deeded, 40'x80'. Fully landscaped and maintained by the HOA.
Each lot has an unfinished 12'x20' Coach House, which is roughed in for a bath and electric. This is Lot 28.
The concrete parking and patio areas are included. Plenty of room for even the largest rigs. Lot 28.
Lots of patio area. If you pull the RV forward you can have space at the rear of the RV as well as on the side. Lot 28.
Typical RV lot as acquired from the builder. The landscaping and grass are all irrigated. There is 200 amp service at the post, and 2 sewer outlets. There is conduit for electric in the island.
Rear patio area when RV is pulled forward. There is still room in front of the RV for car parking.
This is the standard Coach House. You can add French doors, and relocate the doors and windows.
One of the Coach House options is for a screened front.
Another standard lot, ready to be occupied.
This is our lot 22. Note the front French doors, and the epoxy concrete finish. This lot is oriented North/South. That provides shade at all times of the day, and faces motor homes North, so there is less sun in the front windows. The lot next door was unfinished when I took this picture.
Another view of Lot 22. The epoxy coating is a very nice option.
There are footers at the perimeter and down the middle of the lots, with a cross-footer in the RV parking area. The concrete is heavily reinforced with re-bar. This is quality construction - no shortcuts!
RV lot footers.
Fresh concrete!
Interior of a standard coach house. There is rough-in plumbing, and electrical conduits run to it. Otherwise, it is totally unfinished. They are built to Hurricane Code.
Finish the Coach House however you want. In this case, Mike and Pat McFall had a tray ceiling put in. Very nice job by Mark Shelly.
Mike and Pat have a side French door. Bath on the left, utility area straight ahead.
Phase II started in early 2008. This is a Casita model. About 750 sq ft of living area, with an RV Port. SIze of Port can vary, as can size of Casita.
Phase II lots are almost all 45'x93' (Phase I is 40'x80'). There are a few 88' long, and a few longer than 93'. The Coach House is now 12x24' (instead of 20'). It is 4' closer to the road. Note the line of bricks embedded in the concrete 2/3 up the center planter. You must now park ALL vehicles behind that line. This gives a view down the road that is mostly landscape.
Phase II RV Lot. This lot is 88'. Note the 12' rear patio area that allows seating behind the Coach house. Most of the lots will have 17' rear patios. There will be an optional pergola at the rear of the coach house for about $7800. You get more, but you pay more. Prices start at $61,900-$64,900.
Phase II Coach Houses project 4' closer to the road. Coach Houses all have a front "bump-out". Concrete pads in Phase II are 32' wide (Phase I is 30'). The wider concrete allows most awnings to be fully extended next to the Coach House.
