Fun fact - Sequoias grow at high altitudes - between 6000 and 7000 feet mostly. I find it amusing that our treeline around here is at like 4500 feet.

Funny tidbit - on the little map, they had a symbol for the amphitheater you see here. Said symbol looks identical to the usual WiFi symbol. I got way excited thinking there was WiFi at the park (there wasn't).
There were a bunch of kids who noticed these deer before me. One brave little guy, probalby 8 or 9 years old, kept sneaking closer, while his sister (I assume) behind him, absolutely terrified, yelled "Don't go any closer! They can KILL YOU!"
