Mazdarotaryclub.com's annual Rotorstock enters it's eighth year, and the clubs 10th anniversary. Much fun had at the Sprint Circuit, getting to drive Kimi (The RPM's "hybrid" FB RX-7), and even a wedding celebration!

Goodwood Festival of Speed 2011

My first visit to Goodwood FOS. Fabulous displays from Lotus, Jaguar etc. and the Cathedral paddock content is stunning. Experienced the delights of the Rotary Powered Mazda 787b and Vulcan Bomber - videos to follow. Unfortunately my Camera batteries died halfway through the day, with no spares :-(

Rotorstock 7 (20100821)

MazdaRotaryClub.com ran the seventh successful year of Rotorstock - Europe's largest Rotary engined extravaganza - at Santa Pod International Raceway in August 2010. Attendance was from members of MRC, RX8OwnersClub.co.uk & FDUK as well as a decent European contingent and other Japanese car owners clubs. Competitions, including intra-club, were ran on the Drag Strip, Drift enclosure and most excellent Sprint course. A total success and GREAT fun had by many participating and spectating, alike. I tried my skills on the drag strip and the sprint, and happy with both, though not the quickest. Some say it's better than the US equivalent Sevenstock. Some say we're all addicted Wanklers... We only know it's organised by a bloke named Clive...
