$15 garbage bucket (aka water barrel) with small square overflow hole cut in the lid, and a big hole for the tube.
$10 dryer exhaust tube. (Plastic is cheaper but my local hardware store didn't have any.)
Tube secured to gutter down-spout with a tiny screw. Total cost: $25.
