KASOL is Hashes(marijuna, in short drugs) capitol of India. There are so many isrelis here, you will find hebrew everywhere... People get high and stay in this place for months, sometimes years.... Displayed are some of the himalyan crystals.

Kids here pretty much enjoy thier life and they are not camera shy. The Kids look messy, but they are happy in world of their own. They live in Himalayas, surronded in Deodar/ devdar trees, One need not worry about their Health. Wish our city kids had atleast a day of life like them

Verditer Flycatcher (Eumyias thalassina) is an Old World flycatcher found in the Indian subcontinent, especially in the Lower Himalaya. It is named after its distinctive shade of copper-sulphate blue and has a dark patch between the eyes and above the bill base. The adult males are intense blue on all areas of the body, except for the black eye-patch and grey vent. Adult females and sub-adults are lighter blue. They are also interesting among the flycatchers in that they forage above the canopy level and perching on electric wires or exposed tree top branches.

In one place, goat gave birth to her calf. It started to Rain heavy and the next few horrific moments are never captured. There were multiple slipping along the rocks, slopes. People in front like me had more options than people in back, He had relative firm ground and bit solid path. Some slips were 5-10 feet or more.
It started raining so heavily, I saw my first hail storm

Snow marks. One small step of mine, still one large trek ahead of mankind.
3 people dropped out as previous day was taxing and it was highly discouraging and health issues. Till previous day, everyone except me were backing out in our tent. Don't know what's wrong in my genes, but playing with known risks are my interests... :)

At the top, 13800 feet. I expected i would have breathing problems and giddiness, but i didn't. In fact, i was having loads of energy left. This makes me more confident of going to everest and eight thousanders... :)

I was wearing 4 layers of cloth with thermal for extra protection. But the weather god was too good and it was scorching heat. Our chocolates were watery, we had to cool it in ice for eating :O
