"I was suppose to bottle pumpkin Ale Monday, we will be doing that tonight, that has to get done to make room for the Citrus Honey Ale on Saturday. My secondary is filled with mead which wont be ready for 6 months."

"Right now, it's just my blackberry stout in my secondary and my cider in my primary. I have 2 secondary's and only one primary since the move. So to bottle the stout, I first need to siphon the cider and it's not ready for that yet. I have my batch of steam beer lined up to start after bottling the stout.

That should time perfectly so I can do a batch of pumpkin ale right after the steam. If I miss pumpkin season, I'll prepare the mush and freeze it. I missed it last year and that was sad."
