Looped Day 3 and 4: Nakusp to Kaslo via HHS
On day 3 a short ride to HHS (or that which shall not be mentioned) where it rained, then a long - 100+ km to Trout Lake and down. The original plan was to stay at Drifter's in Meadow Creek - but fortunately Bob Sinclair gave us a from Poplar Creek to Copper Creek, and we decided to head straight to Kaslo. We passed by Drifter's in his truck - scary - the rooms are in trailers and you share them with, as Bob Sinclair said, "critters"...A long ride to Kaslo, but well worth it, even with the interminable ups and downs on the highway. Remind me to never run a race North of Kaslo. Ever, ever, ever.
