Our first night there, we saw plenty of deer and up close too.
This deer was quite curious, and we later learned that people (unfortunately) feed them, hence their willingness to get close to humans.

Deer in the campground! There were three baby deer accompanied by their mother.
The youngest may have been 18-20" tall, making it likely only a few weeks old.
We also did a lot of cycling. The road circumvents the Twin Lakes area, some paved, some dirt.
