Operation Joplin/Duquesne, 2011 tornado relief
4 of us from the Kansas City Metro area traveled down to Joplin/Duquesne for 24 hours to help as much as we could. We loaded a van and trailer with 16 cases of water, 240 hotdogs and buns, a generator, and lots of power tools. The damage was incredible. We worked hard and got sunburned; and at the end of the day in the long run, it didn't look like we did a thing. But we went to glorify God and help people, and that never returns void.
