Green Chili Sauce
Tomatillos; anahiem, jalapeno,habernaro, & hungarian wax peppers, leeks, garlic bulb are roasted, cleaned & pureed with a lime & a bunch of cilantro. In a pan boil 2 dried mulato & 1 pasilla chilis & 1 Knorr chipotle cube; add liquid & chilis to 2 cups green sauce & puree. Ingredients vary by what is available or what you like, dried chilis & the type used are optional, the Knorr chipotle cube is optional and can be substituted with chipotles in adobo sauce that you buy in a can.
