Well, it's finished, and in real-scale the eyes don't look too bad. I'm pleased with the final result. Squint or look at this at about 200 pixels in size for the full effect.
Rear shot.
Side shot showing Mr Toad.
Just finished this (yes, sorry to any non-male members of the species, I have no excuse ok?). Anyway, this is how I was taking photo's before, flash, close up f/4.0, 1/30s.
And this is how they actually look in real life, only smaller. 1/8s, f8.0. Much better this way around.
It's finished, the first Rackham miniature I've completed. Managed to get the eyes less starey.
Overall, I'm pleased with the effect and the detail.
Looks messy in the photo's :(
Bought and painted in a day, so Grete has something to use during our D&D sessions (halfling rogue). I'm pleased with the results.
Finished vampire, the only bit I like is the leather section just below the purple belt which considering it was a basecoat of brown plus a brown wash came out really well.

Smaller shot, to give you an idea how this looks in real life, as it were.
Zombie army progressing, finally
Loved the stretched face drum on this one
Anyone seen my arm?
Does this look menacing?
They always look better in a troop
