Mussels, poached egg and horseraddish. Very nice.
Not very good. Broocoli, bacon cubes, melted cheese a sfar as I recall and the brown stuff was hard to get up with the chopsticks. Too simple a dish that appeared asexual.
Sauce and conditioning ingrediants too accompany the lovely duck breast.
Duck ragout. Nice but would have worked better if it had been before the breast.
Cheep milk shake. I disliked that.
The seleriac cake was good but why did the staff tell us to grill the marshmellows? They melted immidiately.
Think this was ice cream of berries.
