After epoxy priming
Although the chassis was sandblasted, most of the rubberized undercoating was not removed, so prior to epoxy priming, this had to be removed with a heat gun/scraper and angle grinder fitted with a wire brush. I also took care of some of the body work around the rust areas that were repaired prior to sparying with the epoxy primer.

After media blasting
I had most of the paint removed by a sand blaster. He didn't touch the paint on the flat surfaces for fear of warping the panels, but did a good job of cleaning out all the difficult to reach areas. It should be relatively easy to remove the remaining paint with a DA sander.

Pedal assy rebuild
The pedal assy was disassembled and media blasted. The pedals and body were painted black and all other parts were zinc/chromate plated in-house. A bronze bushing kit was purchased to replaced all plastic bushings.

Brakes
Rebuilding of the brakes - all parts media blasted, electroplated then reassembled with new brake kit.

Suspension rebuild
All of of the suspension parts were rebuilt, here's a few pictures of the process. All were either media blasted with either black beauty (if steel) or glass shot (if aluminum) then either painted (POR-15), electroplated or clear-coated with engine enamel.
