2010 Hand-In-Hand - Carter

2010 Hand-In-Hand Party at Dover's Modern Maturity Center. This event kicks-off the Hand-In-Hand program for DFRC's Blue-Gold All*Star Football Game. More than 200 high school participants from accross the state came together with the Hand-In-Hand Buddies, children and young adults between 4 and 18 years of age with intellectual disabilties. The participant and Buddies will come together as a group each month through June's 55th Annual DFRC Blue-Gold All*Star Football Game. Hodgson Vo-Tech Blue-Gold Club at Chick-fil-A for 2010 DFRC Blue-Gold Program

Students from Paul M. Hodgson Vocational Technical High School in Glasgow kicked-off their fundraising for DFRC's Blue-Gold program with a Spirit Night at the Chick-fil-A restaurant in Bear. Led by Senior Ambassadors Alex Loveless and Jamie Treml and Junior Ambassadors Tyler Hunter and Nicolette Kirwin, the Hodgson Blue-Gold Club has more than 35 members. The Blue-Gold Club members decorated the restaurant and served as counter assistants and greeters for customers visiting the restaurant. 2009 DFRC Blue-Gold AllStar First Ticket Sale to the Governor

Elizabeth Lokaj-Sartori and Alexander Brathwaite. DFRC's 2009 Blue-Gold All*Star Buddies, met with Delaware's Governor Jack Markell in his office in Legislative Hall in Dover, Delaware. This long running tradition kicks off the busiest part of the ticket sales season for DFRC's annual Blue-Gold All*Star Football Game. General admission tickets are still only $8.00 each and are available across Delaware at all Grotto Pizza restaurants and from Lions Club members. Tickets are also available at B&B Tickettown in Wilmington, Forney's Too in Dover, The Deer Park Tavern in Newark, and the McGlynn's Pub locations in Pike Creek, Glasgow and Dover.
