Drive tothru Himachal Pradesh
We started the day at 5am from Gurgaon driving towards chandigarh and then took the Manali route. Just after Kiratpur, saw the directions to Bhakra Nangal and couldnt resist and took the diversion :) Back on our original route, reached Mandi at around 7pm... decided to take a halt for the night.Started from Mandi at 8am, drove through the awesome and picturesque Manali highway. Taking the diversion at Aut, reached Sojha after climbing some of the most dangerous and rough terrains. Had lunch and headed to Jalori Pass, a further 5 kms of kucha uphill road for a 5km trek towards a lake/jheel. The scenes and feeling upon reaching were breathtaking!Next morning, started at 7am for Shimla via Jalori pass. This drive was the best thing, through the most beautiful and scenic roads. Can't describe in words... you must must be thr! for now, watch some of the vdos that we made enroute :)Did a total of 1220kms!
