Singer Castle has secret passages all through out the castle so the servants could make sure guests were taken care of. Notice the slanted picture.
The velvet drapes have faded a little! They are the original drapes to the castle.
This was connected to the weathervane on the roof. It was on the ceiling in one of the rooms. Easy way to see which was the wind was blowing.
This was where the servant women stayed. They each had a bed and a little closet and built in chest of drawers.
