A treasure trove of trash: a hot water heater, carpeting, an automotive battery, an automobile tire, a lawn tractor tire, a basket ball hoop and basket and backboard, bags of assorted small items, cans, and bottles. In a city where refuse pick up is free and weekly, why to people go to the trouble to carry their refuse to the park to dump it?
