"beca books tend to suck, surprised u have them they were my "homeschooling books" more like drop out cover up books but hey LOL they are overtly religious and I have even found incorrect information in some of there books.... could be worth a read though

"No I think Jasper listens to a band called "The Angry Interrobangs". I am going to start calling it an excitement mark--that is win. I have some high school level grammar textbooks--Beca Books I think--you can have them."

"Really? I've always wanted to to put exclamation marks in the middle of sentences!!, this is so awesome to learn! (Wolf calls these excitement marks btw) I'll check out your link. I've actually been thinking about studying grammar (yuck) seeing as they taught us more than nothing about it at school. Interrobang? Is that the terrible music that Jasper listens too? LOL So much to learn."

"sorry for stealing your post. Light, angle, colour balance... There you go, we're back on track."

"I agree that it is not a rock (does living with a geologist make you an expert?). Good to know it's there, I'm thinking that we should do a trip with the two families this summer. Maybe some fruit picking at a nearby orchard and then a trip to the glen to make clay pots and rinse off the sweat and mud at the bottom of the falls. If you are the type of homeschoolers who need to 'learn' something I could do a little research and do a worksheet on the fossils in the area. Guess I should be talking to your receptionist (read: wife) not you though. BTW they do school tours with a walk, then talk then view of the interpretive center I've gone with a homeschooling group and arranged a less formal trip with WOC. If you guys are interested I could find enough people and put something together."

"You will have to check with Frank but I personally would not call this a rock--it is actually pure clay. It was amazing that the clay along this river/stream looks and feels as nice as the stuff I used in high school art class. If I had a kiln I would have been very tempted to grab a bit of it. There is something romantic about crafting some pottery out of clay from a known, natural source (ie not a mine)."

"Yeah I am pretty sure this is an apple blossom which is interesting because this tree is half way down the side of a ravine near a water fall."
Daniel Baer
"This is what happens when you give goats access to plum trees. It is okay, there are many two year old trees on the other side of the fence that will now get a chance at some light."

"Perfection. A mother bravely gaurding her babies."

"This could work, we'll change the harem scene to a Canadian one with hot cocoa and socks over a fireplace."
