"Another thing different about this photo is the "10" is not the only one that is in focus anymore. You can see the other number much more clearly now. The depth of field has increased which is shown because the DOF formula now gives a 93.63 instead of a 50-something in the previous photo."

"Honestly, I did not really understand what we were trying to do with this assignment at first. Now it makes much more sense. Changing the aperture has mainly two noticeable effects on the photo. First of all, the photo is noticeably brighter because the aperture is bigger so more light was allowed to come in."

"I took this photo mostly by trial and error. Although, I was concerned with the lamps washing out the details, I still needed a big aperture because the photo was taken at night and I also needed a 1/2 second exposure for the same reason."

"Whoops. Forgot to mention that to take the photo, I pressed the release button and panned the camera along with the movement of the bus to keep it in focus and show the mention."

"Composition-wise, I chose to wake for the marguerite by the oval for the pretty background. It shows the majesty of the marguerite. I also chose this photo where you don't see the whole bus because it gives the sense of a hero emerging to save all of us who need to commute. This marguerite in particular is heroic with the bike on it's front."
