Yemanja Day - Feb 2nd
I live in a city where an African-Brazilian divinity receives massive offerings of flowers, toys, perfume, toiletries, crockery and other items at a major festival held each year on February 2nd. This is just one example of the fusion of religious beliefs that makes Bahia unique.
