09-10-11 - SESSA Maggie Valley - Day 2

Day two in Maggie Valley, NC. Today was show day with Fred Lanting as our judge! After each "match" he judged he'd provide a overview of why he made his judging decisions. This was a great opportunity for all of us to learn more about confirmation. Due to Piston's limp he wasn't able to compete in the show which was a real bummer, but we did learn a lot so was still a great oportunity! The sun was out day and the mountains looked gorgeous! Thanks SESSA for a great time!

09-10-10 - SESSA Maggie Valley - Day 1

Our first day in Maggie Valley. PawPawMike ran a wonderful training seminiar for our dogs and then had us all out to practice what we had learned. Great experience! Next we had a handling seminar taught by Fred Lanting. Another awesome experience! Great tips and tricks and really helped us all understand the REASON behind some of the things we are supposed to do. Then lastly before dinner, a group of us headed over to the fenced in area at the camp next door and we let the dogs run free. What a blast!!

Snowy Walk in PA

Thanksgiving with a foot of fresh snow up in the woods behind grampa's. We have thousands of acres of State Game lands to wander around in right in our backyard. Its Great!! :D

Minxi

Minxi is shy and reserved, but as graceful and dainty as they come. She's wonderfully loveable when she's in the mood for some attention. We adopted her in early September 2007 at 14 weeks old from the Humane Society.
