Bishops Halloween Parade 2010

Bishop's Halloween Parade at our Haymaze & Pumpkin Patch attracted many costumed quests who brought along their parents and cameras. A great variety of wonderful costumes were judged and prizes awarded. Then everyone enjoyed apples and cider for their 'treat'

Donkey & Mule Show 2010-05-08

2nd Annual Donkey and Mule Show & Apple Blossom Tours. Donkeys and Mules from all around New England competed against each other in a number of fun challenges. Local businesses and vendors, Face Painting, Kids Crafts, Food, Apple Blossom Tours by Wagon Ride were a part of the fun.

Shoreline Wine Festival

10 Connecticut Wineries joined to share and sample the fruits of their labor on a great summer weekend. Food from local restaurants and products from local businesses rounded out the experience along with crafts from local artisans. Attendees expanded their knowledge of food and wine at seminars offered by local experts and had a special in depth tour of Bishop's Orchards Winery. Wineries who participated in our 2008 festival were Connecticut Valley Winery, Chamard Vineyard, Holmberg Orchards, Hopkins Vineyard, Jerram Winery, Jonathan Edwards Winery, Jones Winery, Taylor Brook Winery, White Silo Winery, and of course Bishop’s Orchards Winery. Shoreline Wine Festival 2007

The 1st Annual Shoreline Wine Festival, August 18 & 19, 2007 celebrated fine wines from Connecticut Wineries and Vineyards from all over the state. The wine was paired with some of the area’s finest foods, and the backdrop was the beautiful farm orchard along with live music to put you in the mood.
