Only one of the power supplies is plugged in, the chassis is running, but not happy.
Two power supplies plugged in, the warning light is gone.
It took half an hour to figure out that I need to manually turn on the blades in the Advanced Management Module interface.

PowerBright SVC-2000 Voltage Converter turns 110v into 220v, but actually gives me more like 196v. All the lights in the house dim when I crank up this and the chassis.

So I swapped the QS20 back out.
