On New Year's Day the Hotel had a Dragon Dance. It started in the lobby underneath these celery stalks. The dragons jumped up and ate them.
While waiting for the Dance to begin, Dad took the opportunity to use the free wireless in the lobby.
Veggies are hung up high for the Dragon to jump up and eat. (i think)

Rehearsal Dinner was at this multi million dollar mansion. It was at least an hours drive out of the city. The home is overlooking a spectacular view of the Bay. The land value alone of this home is millions.

So this banquet was held at the Aberdeen Marina Yacht Club. The cocktail hour was held in a clubby type room with a view of the boats on the harbor.
The food was very fancy and traditional.
On the way out I noticed that Berryville was the name of the table for one of the Hong Kong Political Tables i think
