2011 - Vacation (Cruise Day 2 - Bahamas)
This was our first real day on the cruise ship, and we visited Nassau, Bahamas. We intentionally didn't want to do anything too crazy, and tried to find an excursion that included sitting on a beach doing nothing. We found the perfect one, which took us to a private beach. When we got there, we rented 3 wave runners from the locals (really cheap) and took turns giving everyone a ride, even the kids. The water was amazingly clear. We even saw wild star fish, sting rays and what looked like an eel. It was a great day, and one of my favorite stops on the ship.
