Ruby Pipeline cheatgrass
These photos were taken July 12, 2011 at MP 420 of the Ruby Pipeline, a natural gas pipeline recently constucted through Nevada and spanning Wyoming to Oregon. This location is at the western base of the Osgood Mtns, about 20 miles northeast of Winnemucca, Nevada. The purpose of the photographs was to document the cheatgrass infestation within the pipeline corridor.
