The sump pit after getting to the bottom finally. Responsible for emergency repairs during a rainstorm to get a pump in. Then trying to clear the pit. 3 hrs with power chissel (the brown ring is the old 'bottom') to get through the clay turned stone that filled it. Followed by 5hrs with a industrial powered snake to clear the drain to the walk-out of the basement.

When I say 'scrubbed walls' this is what most looked like prior to scrubbing
No progress in the mud room - just stuff moving in
Kitchen work done - new fridge - new microwave - walls scrubbed with magic eraser, cabinets wiped down (in and out), floors cleaned, grout steam cleaned, ovens and range cleaned, 2 lights replaced

Pantry wiped out, door scrubbed, and now started to move in
All of these walls and doors had to be scrubbed in the Kitchen. You can see how the grout is now tan, not gray like previously!

Nothing in the living room yet.. box full of pictures yet to be unboxed. Floors had been cleaned
Chandelier has been cleaned. Splitting caulk on columns has all been scraped out, and sanded. Still awaiting paint. Storm door on front has been removed since its missing parts and needs repair
Toilet seal has been repaired. Total cleaning done including closet shelves. Walls still need scrubbing. Toilet parts in-hand but not installed (toilet runs)
Office remains biggest dumping ground. No move in yet. Floors had been cleaned, but not walls.

No boxes! (spots are from camera) Floors were cleaned, blinds made functional to cover windows. Cable jack probably needs to be moved. Ceiling fan also cleaned. Walls still need scrubbing in some areas
TV and cable are in. No surround sound or speakers installed. Corner cabinet needs some TLC after 6 months in storage caused veneer on edge to unglue itself.

Start of the Man Cave. Shelving is up for minimum storage. Tools unboxed, sea chest for storage. Reused carpet, vacuumed. Gymnastics mat is temporary :)

Tool chests out. Still completely unorganized, but finally accessible after 3 months of storage. A new stool! This area will be used for workshop type work along with the 'dirty' area near the outside door

Full cleaning of bathroom and tub. Tub faucet repaired, sink faucet repaired. Temporary blinds :) Toilet parts in hand, but still needs some flush/run fixes.

Moved into closet.. but still a war zone. This room had all the shelving cleaned and scrubbed. New carpet as well.
