Our first glimmer of hope, a free bus ride to the airport, courtesy of Lothian Buses.
The driver who took us there.
After the airport didn't work, well it was straight onto hitch-hiking, after a quick taxi ride, also for free, we arrived here near a petrol station and pitched up.
After another hitch down to Biggar from the petrol station near the ring road we pitched up again.
A bit of road side scenery in Biggar.
This amazing guy took us all the way from Biggar to Teebay service station near Kirkby Lonsdale! Awesome dude, and if you ever see this, then thanks so much.
A View of the outside of Teebay Services, Yup it's snow.
1 truck ride further plus another car ride saw us at some dark remote service station where we found the most amazing glimmer of hope. Some guy took us all the way from 100 miles above Birmingham right the way down to a tube station in London where we could get to St Pancras Station. Seriously amazing guy who must have taken us about 250 miles or so!
St Pancras Station is immense.
6 Hours till our train which some amazing person sponsored us for which would take us straight from London St Pancras to Paris Nord.
This is FRANCE! 23 hours of traveling landing us third place out of 27 teams of 2 people each. We did some site seeing before retiring to bed for the night.
