":) The SIM card got stuck in the slot because it was a micro-SIM cut from a full one, and the frayed edges got caught on the inside of the housing. We tried everything until I found somewhere on the web that the only way to open it is to drill a little hole, so you can push the SIM down while ejecting. So we weren't the first idiots ^^. We did it and it worked! Now the iPad has also been personalised."
