United State of the City Address 2012
Throughout his tenure, Mayor Julián Castro has focused on attracting well-paying jobs in 21st century industries, positioning San Antonio to be a leader in the New Energy Economy and raising educational attainment across the spectrum. San Antonio's upward trajectory and the opportunities that exist in 2012 for the City to reach even greater heights will take center stage when San Antonio’s leading chambers of commerce host the annual United State of the City Address. Attendees are often the first to hear announcements about new initiatives and programs. With an estimated 1,000 business and community leaders in attendance, this is one of The Chamber’s most-anticipated events of the year.
