"Karren, Thanks for the comment. I don't have a step by step tutorial on it, but created it by cutting pieces of lightweight paper to cover the box (which was recycled packaging from something I purchased). I used diecuts, chipboard letters, buttons and other embellishments with Glue Arts adhesives to create this. The extreme adhesive squares were folded behind the buttons if the adhesive was larger than it. I hope that helps to get you started!"
