BIOGRAPHY:
My name is Jeannine Griffin and I am a native of Mobile, Alabama. I now live in Fairhope Alabama. I love to travel and I love to take photographs.
I have loved photography since I was a child. My dad had his own darkroom where I would help him from time to time.
I have been studying photography since 1999. My first course was at the University of South Alabama. Most of my work then were Black and White slides from my Minolta film camera. Other studies have been mostly on my own. Now I am shooting mostly digital, with a Cannon Eos 20 D.
In May of 2006, I went to Italy and studied photography under the direction of Robin Davis and Allen Matthews. Some of these photographs are a part of my collection from Italy.
I am also a member of Camera South Photography Club where I can enjoy discussing and learning photography with other people.
Some of these photos were entered in the Camera South Photography Contest.
