Safe strap 3.11http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1391875&page=10 install .apk then tap 'install recovery' Reboot, follow on screen get to recovery - create a rom slot on SLOT-1 then tap boot options>slot-1 to activate, then tap 'install' and flash the cm10.1 and gapps, wipe cache and dalvik, reboot.
To revert to 'stock' get back to twrp recovery Boot options>tap stock, reboot. "
