Broken flybar on an ESky Honey Bee FP helicopter
Tools required to replace the fly-bar on an ESky Honeybee RC helicopter
Location of ring type connectors holding the main blade to the flybar
Control frame small ring type connectors
Paddles and fly-bar weights removed
Location of fixing grub screws used to hold the flybar in place
Loosening the grub screws
Removing the damage fly-bar from the control frame and hub
hub with flybar and main blades removed
Inserting new fly-bar into the control outer frame
replacing the control frame onto the hub and pushing the fly-bar back into place.
Fly-bar replaced
Balancing the flybar using the paddles and weights as counter weights.
Balanced flybar
Re-tightening the grub screws holding the fly-bar in place.
paddles re-attached to fly-bar, all balanced!
Putting the main blade back on and re-attaching the O ring type connectors
fly-bar and main blade replaced
everything back to normal! My ESky Honeybee FP helicopter ready to fly.
