NZ, Tongariro Northern Circuit
The Northern Circuit is an easy 3 day hike/tramp over Mt Tongariro, around Mt Ngauruhoe (aka Mt Doom) and by Mt Ruapehu. The weather was mixed, with the most scenic section though the caters of Mt Tongariro completely in the clouds but over the course of the three days we managed to get a glimse of each of the three volcanoes. And while the fog ruined the view at times, it made for some pretty dramatic pictures.
