"From Frank Klancnik: In the 3rd pic I have on the brown shoes. I think Tim did get hurt on this trip. Not sure about guy in red hat Bill Pendergrass? As I recall one raft made it and then all rafts dumped. The next group out had the same problems and they closed the river for the day."

"From Frank Klancnik: As I recall the guy behind me in first pic is Mark Weideman a guy I worked with and hunted with at that time. I remember how scared he was he could not stop shaking, this was his first raft trip and we had a long day ahead."

"From: Jim Moreen You're probably right. There was one raft from a different group that got through the hole before us, the only raft to make it through. I was in the first raft of our group with Kim Gorman who you can see sliding out of the raft. Our guide (yellow jacket) and I think my brother Mike (in the red jacket) are the one's still standing (or surfing). They didn't last long. Our raft just kept churning in the hole. Every raft behind us, I think around 10 or11, hit and ours and dumped."
