13th Annual Great Vallejo Ducky Derby
The 13th Annual Great Vallejo Ducky Derby once again drew hundreds to the waterfront on a bright and sunny July 4th afternoon. The frolicking faux fowl returned to the Straits of Mare Island to the delight of a boisterous crowd of children and adults. As the crush of yellow “quackers” jockeyed for position, anxious ticket holders cheered on the ducks, hoping that they held the winning number of the strongest and swiftest.
